With extrusion lines, co-extrusion (two materials and/or two colours) and tri-extrusion (three materials and/or three colours) we can manufacture any type of products with different kinds of materials, e.g. rigid, semi-rigid, soft, flexible, foamed, EPDM, polypropylene, polyethylene, polycarbonate, methacrylate, rubber, ABS, adhesives, flocked, magnetic, and biodegradable plastic materials, mainly using starch as the raw material (a natural polymer obtained from corn, wheat or potato) etc.

All our products pass the required strict, rigorous quality controls and production parameters. We also offer the option of screen printing the product.

A large percentage of profiles are destined for sectors related to construction (enclosures, partitions, façades, furniture, lighting, decoration, etc.), performing functions of sealing, insulation, securing, fixing, support, covering, transition, guiding, joining, piping, bearing, ducting, light transmission, sliding, protection, finishing, etc. Our catalogue is completed with profiles designed for other diverse sectors such as the industrial sector, renewable energy, boats, equipment for coaches and railways, automotives, swimming pool covers, commercial and POS equipment, 3D printing with thermoplastic filament consumables, agriculture, livestock, signage, and so on.

The facilities at Extrutec, S.L.U. include highly versatile machinery and accessories with production capacity using extrusion, co-extrusion or tri-extrusion systems (two/three different materials and/or colours) for materials that may be rigid, flexible, semi-rigid, soft, foamed, adhesive, magnetic, biodegradable, flocked, silicone, etc. and in finishes ranging from glass or transparent to black, with the rest of the colour range at the request of the customer.

The raw materials used are very diverse and are allocated according to the needs of the customer and/or the purpose of the profile itself, including Polyvinyl chloride (PVC), ABS, EPDM Vulcanized Rubber, Polycarbonate (PC), Polypropylene (PP), Polystyrene (PS), Polyethylene (PE), Polyurethane (PU), EVA, Methacrylate (PMMA), Silicone, Neoprene, Nitrile rubber (NBR), TPE, PBT, etc.
